At Incredible Varanasi Vacations, we understand that travel plans can occasionally change due to unexpected situations or personal commitments. The amount eligible for a refund depends on the type of tour, the time of cancellation and the services that have already been confirmed. Many travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing services, permits, guide charges and entrance tickets, are often subject to supplier cancellation policies and may become partially or fully non-refundable after confirmation. Any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting such non-recoverable expenses along with applicable service or processing charges.
